Project Description

This residential development is located approximately 25km north of Brisbane, in the rapidly growing suburb of Warner.

'Homeland' comprises 108 low density allotments, designed and constructed in 5 stages. The project featured large park areas and amenities such as BBQ and bicycle tracks.

Being an infill development, the site posed many challenges including Council's future plans for the upgrade of Ira Buckby Road, Retaining structures and clearances to the existing electrical easement forming the southern corridor.

The project also involved the upgrade and reconstruction of Ira Buckby Road to suit Council's planning for future duplication works, associated intersection works, stormwater drainage and other municipal services.
